The Space:
Located just a 2 hour drive from the GTA, this is the perfect cottage for your family vacation, simply kick back and relax! The natural beauty of the Canadian shield is evident on Lake Joseph, and the nearby towns of Rosseau, Port Carling, Mactier and others have much to offer the visitor with hamlets and endless recreational opportunities.
The main floor of this property is perfectly designed with entertaining in mind. A chef's kitchen with a breakfast counter & SS appliances offers the perfect setting for friends to gather round while the perfect meal is being prepared. A sublime living room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace and walk out to the lakeside deck make this an inviting entertaining space or the perfect spot for gathering family. The dining area, where many lasting memories will be made, has seating for 8-10 people. The main floor primary bedroom has an ensuite and a queen bed plus a flat screen wall mounted TV. Upstairs there is another bedroom with an ensuite. The lower level offers a walk-out to the lake, a large seating area, and 2 extra bedrooms plus a bathroom.
This cottage is the ideal spot for those seeking to get away from the city and enjoy nature while retaining the comforts of a luxury retreat. Outside, enjoy the stunning long lake views of Lake Joseph from the boathouse dock. Internet is offered throughout the cottage as well as air conditioning for those extra hot days.
